Robo move

Family of robotic arms for handling of pans and lid used on automatic pan lines type ROBO MOVE.

The machines of the family ROBO MOVE are designed for the use on automatic lines for production of pan bread on top open as well as on lided pans. They are used for positioning of the pans on the »line« at the start of work and their storing back in the warehouse at the end of production.

During production they put lids on pans filled with dough before they enter the oven. At the starts of work pans travel from the warehouse in the cell where a robotic arm shifts two pans at the same time on the main line conveyor. The latter conveys them filled with dough to the start of the line. When fermentation is over (pans are filled with fermented dough), the conveyor takes them into a cell where the robotic arm put lids on them. Binding of pans is executed by a two-level pneumatic activated clamp, while binding of lids is executed with electromagnets. There is also an automatic finishing of work on the line.

In the production phase, the robotic arm still lays lids on the last pans coming filled from the fermentation chamber and, within the same cycle, it stores empty pans after their arrival from the cooling tunnel on the conveyor, from where it drives them back on the pans' warehouse. Other orders of works within one cycle are also possible. The handling cell offers a possibility of manipulating with two pans differing in dimensions. The machine is composed of: 5-axis industrial robot, two-level pneumatic activated clamp, conveyor connecting the cell with the pans' warehouse, conveyor for conveying lids, main line conveyor and corresponding software. All operations within one cycle are controlled by sensors. The controller which controls the robotic arm's operations is equipped with the servo drives of the last generation. It has an installed function of extreme electrical energy saving up to 25 %.
